Please note that the Vietnamese government has just issued under decree number circular #6889/TCHQ-GSQL, dated Nov 23rd, 2018 effective immediately the following must be adhered to or penalties will be levied.

The main key points but not limited to are as follows:

Please note below key points of new Customs Circular that we just received and with immediate effect.

If we don't have full information to upload to the Vietnamese customs portal at all sea ports then the submission will be rejected and penalties will be levied by Vietnamese customs at a quantum not revealed as yet company and an additional fee for amending procedures which will have to be invoiced back to origin country. This is the responsibility of shipper and or forwarding agent to find the information and comply and Dove Shipping International Inc. is unable to take responsibility.

All bills of lading including master and house bill of lading MUST show.

1) "Consignee" on HBL must show full details: Company name; Address; email; Tel #; Fax #; TAX CODE.

2) If "Consignee" is "To order" then Notify party must show full details: Company name; Address, email; Tel#; Fax#.

3) Description of goods must show HS/TTCN code number.

4) We must also declare very clearly to Vietnamese customs: all ports where cargo was transshipped.

5) At this juncture air freight is un, effected but changes are in pipeline.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE: This effects all containers and shipments currently on the way and not arrived to Vietnam so information must be gathered and sent immediately for our processing or fines will be levied.
